Two of my helpers are grinding logs, in preparation for the next project .... maybe yours.

This home has an octagon shaped turret, as well as a large carport attached.

Tour Bus

Sometimes, tour buses of German visitors stop in as they are passing by. We have many German people living in the area and they tell us it reminds them of home.

Scribe a log with Tiny

Prow progress over the Easter Holidays. I sure hope you had a great one. I managed to fit in another birthday and spent some time with the grandkids and family. But, one day at a time, a little progress gets made and another log home gets closer to completion. Another five rounds to go.Here's a picture of how the logs fit together. Dollar bill tight. I am marking out the scribes, then the log will come down for cutting.

This is the actual scriber. I've modified it to fit my needs. I'll sell you the design for a skibillion dollars. Mind you, you can have the whole house for $54,000 CDN (well, not this one....coz it's already sold. But I can make another one just for you).
